We went to Gyu-Kaku for a pre-theater dinner, hoping for reasonably-decent semi-fast food. In fact, the ingredients for this do-it-yourself barbecue were absolutely fresh and generously portioned, the miso soup and other sides were excellent, and the service was impeccable (including patient instructions for people new to this type of food).
